  博多の繁華街にある、席数は20席にも満たない小さな居酒屋です。 このお店以外にも大小様々な居酒屋があり、しかも目立った外...  続きを読む装をしているわけではないため、たまたま目について利用する、という客は皆無に近いでしょう。繁華街にありながら隠れ家のような居酒屋です。お酒・料理共に種類が豊富で、料理は地鶏を使った肉料理等もありますが、どちらかと言えば魚介類を使った料理が多いです。定番の刺身を始め、姿焼き等の料理もあります。 料理は一品料理が主で、盛り付けられる料理の量もやや少ない印象であるため、いずれの料理も少し高いと感じられるかもしれません。加えて注文してから給仕されるまで時間を要することがほとんどです。しかし、だからこそだと思いますが、いずれの料理も素晴らしく、細部に至るまで絶妙に拵えられています。焼き料理は熱々を食べてほしいからか、給仕の時点ではかなり熱く感じるかもしれません。 店内に入れる人数を少なめに設定しているからか、調理・配膳のスタッフはいずれも余裕があり、動きに無駄が無く洗練されています。特にカウンターに座っている人に気さくに話しかけてくれもするため、心地よい夜を過ごすことが出来るかもしれません。 Located in downtown Hakata, this is a small izakaya with less than 20 seats. There are many other izakayas of various sizes in addition to this izakaya, and because it does not have a conspicuous exterior, it is unlikely that any customers will happen to see it by chance and use it. It's an izakaya that is like a hideout even though it is located in the downtown area. There is a wide variety of drinks and dishes, including meat dishes using jidori chicken, but most of the dishes are seafood-based. Starting with the standard sashimi, there are also dishes such as grilled fish. The dishes are mostly a la carte and the portions seem rather small, so you may feel that all dishes are a bit expensive. In addition, it almost always takes a long time from the time you order to the time you are served. However, that being said, all the dishes are excellent and exquisitely prepared down to the smallest detail. Grilled dishes may feel quite hot at the time of serving, perhaps because they are meant to be eaten hot. Perhaps because the number of people allowed in the izakaya is kept small, the cooking and serving staff are all well-prepared, and their movements are lean and sophisticated. They are especially friendly to those who sit at the counter, so you may have a pleasant evening.  閉じる
