  古き良き雰囲気を漂わせる、典型的な田舎の食堂、という感じのラーメン店です。主に近隣住民の利用を多く見かけますが、スタッフは...  続きを読む決して排他的な接客対応ではなく、むしろどんな人にもフレンドリーに接しているように思います。 こうした田舎の食堂の雰囲気を楽しむために、外国人観光客の利用も見られますが、入口付近に設置されている券売機の操作に四苦八苦しているようです。キャッシュのみである上にボタンも全て日本語で、しかも一部の硬貨や紙幣に未対応である、ということが原因の一つかもしれません。 提供されるラーメンは、いずれも盛り付けは典型的で、この店独特の奇を衒った味付けも無いように思いますが、長年に渡り提供し続けてきた結果だからか、麺の歯応え、スープのまろやかな味付けと麺との絡み合い、トッピングに至るまで、絶妙なバランスでまとめられていたように思います。得てして、気分や身体の調子によって「今日はこの味付けのラーメンが食べたい」という心持ちの変化はあると思いますが、この店のラーメンは、どんな気分、どんな身体の調子でも美味しくいただける、と思いました。 This ramen diner feels like a classic countryside diner, with a nostalgic, old-fashioned atmosphere. Most customers appear to be local residents, but the staff are by no means exclusive - in fact, they seem friendly and welcoming to everyone. Some international visitors also come to experience this kind of local dining atmosphere, but many seem to struggle with the ticket vending machine near the entrance. It's cash-only, all buttons are labeled in Japanese, and some coins and banknotes are not accepted, which can make ordering difficult. The ramen itself is presented in a very traditional style, without any unusual or experimental flavors. However, perhaps due to years of refinement, the balance is excellent - the texture of the noodles, the mellow flavor of the broth, how well it pairs with the noodles, and even the toppings all come together harmoniously. While people's preferences for ramen can vary depending on their mood or physical condition, this is the kind of ramen that feels satisfying and enjoyable no matter how you’re feeling.  閉じる
