紫竹ガーデンは、北海道帯広の郊外、十勝平野の田園地帯に広がる広大なお花畑の観光ガーデン。
今は亡き紫竹昭さんが個人で作り上げた宿根草主体の庭園。
15000坪のガーデンには、季節を通して約2500種の花々、シラカンバ、ホオノキなど北海道の雑木がすくすくと育っている。
ガーデンは、150mの宿根ボーダーガーデン、クレマチスの小径、白い花を集めたホワイトガーデン、ロックガーデン、森の中のシェードガーデン、ハーブガーデン、野の花が咲くメドウガーデンなどからなっている。
