My Turkmenistan

I have gone to Turkmenistan for my friend's wedding. I'd like to talk about Turkmenistan from my point of view. When I got Ashgabat mid night, I was stopped at immigration for 2 and half hour because my travel agency did not get travel pass for me. The air port building was very small and no AC. The process was too slow.It was the worst experience in my life.
The city was unblance. There are many new buildings that made with white marble on the other hand, there are many old dirty buildings that many people live. In the city, it was clean and safe. You can walk around in the city by your self at night. I did actually. However there is no place people are crawded expect bazar. So it was very difficult to find a restaurant. Taking taxi was something interesting because every one can be a taxi. So you talk to the driver and negociate distination and price. They may refuse to get you.
Turkmen wedding was also interesting. People dance and dance during the wedding. Not many people dring alcohol even vodka or shanpain.
I hated turkmen food at all. You have to be careful its water too. I had diarrhea whole my stay in Turkmenistan.
About people, they were very nice. Turkmenistan has nothing but hospitality. Thier hospitality was great!!
