...Almost wherever you go in Cuba, you have to allow plenty of time. Socialist inefficiency is everywhere, public transportation, restaurants, tourist offices, etc. You can easily spend a few hours at restaurants waiting for a waiter/ess to order food, to receive food and to get a bill. Reading menu is only a waste of time. Most of dishes shown on the menu are not available...
