soybean+ wheat→steaming→mix with molt (seed koji)→cultivation→dissolved salt water (Australian natural salt)→mix→fermenting→sterilizing→percolating→white soy sauce

dried bonito+dried+shitake mushroom+dried kelp→boiling→mix with white soy sauce→percolating→bottling→inspection→broth in white soy sauce
