ロワール Le Val de Loire (The Loire Valley)

ロワール :
パリのモンパルナス駅からＴＧＶ (超高速列車) に乗って、シュリー・シュル・ロワールとシャロンヌの間が世界遺産に登録されているロワール渓谷に行きました。不運にもそのときは長い時間大雨でしたので、多くの場所を見るのはあきらめました。

Le Val de Loire (The Loire Valley) :
By taking a TGV (Train à Grande Vitesse) from Paris Gare Montparnasse, I went to the Loire Valley, which is listed in the World Heritage List (la Liste du patrimoine mondial) as between Sully-sur-Loire and Chalonnes. Unfortunately, due to heavy rain a long time then, I gave up seeing many places.

To go to Loire, I took a TGV from Paris Montparnasse to St-Pierre-des-Corps.

ショーモン城 :
最初の城は要塞として１０世紀に建てられた。新しい城の建設は１５世紀中期に始まり、南と東のウイングは１６世紀初期に建てられた。城の主は何回か代わった。

Le Château de Chaumont (The Chaumont Castle) :
The first castle was built as a fortress in the 10th century. The construction of the new castle began in the mid 15th century, and the south and east wings were built in the early 16th century. The owner of the castle changed several times.
