ジャンボシーフード シンガポール リバーポイント店予約について

お世話になります。
９月中旬にシンガポール旅行に初めて行きます！
ジャンボシーフード シンガポール リバーポイント店に行きたく
ＨＰから予約をしたところ、返信があったのですが
内容がよくわかりません。
希望していた時間が１８時１５分からですが、取れない場合もあるという
ことでしょうか？
また、ＵＲＬをクリックすると、「Ｃｈｐｅ」という
サイトにつながりますが、Confirmation ID は分かるのですが
Phone Number がわかりません。メールアドレスいれても進まないですし、
予約の際に、Phone Numberを入れた記憶がありません。
予約の時はContakut Number、の欄に、適当な数字をいれたので
それも入力してみましたが、入りません。
どうしたらいいのでしょうか？
アドバイスお願いします。

- Jumbo Seafood Gallery (Riverwalk, Upper Circular Road).
Do check that you come to Riverside Point at Merchant Road for Jumbo Seafood Riverside Point.
Please be informed also that we will do what we can to meet requests for tables by the river IF they are available. However, due to overwhelming demand and sometimes weather condition, we cannot gaurantee meeting the request, if any. We ask for your understanding in this.
