先月4月中ばにPereira,Bogotaに行きました。一応、アメリカ帰国の前日のボゴタでSynlabを利用してPCR検査をしました。結果は2時間ほどでメールが送られてきました。場所はちょっとわかりづらく、一旦空港の外に出て駐車場をまっすぐ歩くと検査用のオフィスに着きます。検査代は$100,000 COP、書類の手続きに20分程かかりました。

1. Passengers entering or transiting through the USA must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 15 days (day of vaccination + 14 days) before arrival. Passenger details (e.g., name and date of birth) in the certificate must match those stated in the passport/travel document. Vaccines accepted are:
- AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covishield, Covovax, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (BIBP) and Sinovac. This does not apply to:
- nationals of the USA
- residents of the USA;
- passengers younger than 18;

2. Passengers entering or transiting through the USA must have a negative COVID-19 test taken at most 1 day before departure from the first embarkation point. Tests accepted are: antigen, NAAT, RT-LAMP, RT-PCR or TMA.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 2 years;
- US military personnel;
- passengers with documentation of recovery from COVID-19 in the form of:
- a positive COVID-19 test taken at least 10 days and at most 90 days before departure from the first embarkation point; and
- a letter issued by a health authority stating that the passenger has been cleared for travel;
- until 30 April 2022, nationals and residents of USA and their family members arriving from Belarus, Russian Fed. and Ukraine;
- until 11 May 2022, nationals and residents of USA and their accompanying family members arriving from Shanghai, China (People's Rep.).

6. Nationals of the U.S.A. are allowed to enter with an expired passport.

- passengers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate proving recovery in the past 90 days;

このサイトはボコタ在住者がPCR検査を受けるには、という感じで、そもそもの目的である「米国入国のために」とはちょっと違うような気がします。

結論としては、redditで別途聞いてみるか、やはりこの米国大使館に聞いてみる(何らかのリストは持っているのでは・・・また、ツイッターのアカウントも持っているようです。)のが一番では、という身も蓋もない話なのですが。・・・素敵なご旅行になることをお祈りします。

検索しただけですが、↓の検査機関はボゴタ空港にもあるようです
PCR検査は所要24時間ですが、他の抗原検査等は2〜４時間と記載されていますね

カルタヘナの市内にもあるようですが、空港については他の業者を含め　ヒットしませんでした
