そのサイトですが、電話の場合は無料でやってくれるようですが、Ｗｅｂでやる場合は、５０ユーロ＋α　かかるようですね。

Send us a message　のところですが、次のようにやるようです。
１．Individual を押す。
２．Request を押すと、下に「On what subject?」とでてきます。
３．My vueling を選ぶと、右にボックスがでてきます。
４．Data Change を選ぶと、下にでてきます。

How do I manage my Punto account?
You can manage your account with the email address and password you provided when signing up to myvueling (the private area where you can see all your Punto information).

If you want to edit information regarding your account, please click here. We remind you that under no circumstances can you edit the email address associated with your account, though you can change the contact email where you receive notifications via the Contact Details section.
