今日、ドレスデン観光局からドレスデンは大丈夫だから、
観光をキャンセルしないでくださいというメールが入りました。

The level of the Elbe has fallen and the city is no longer on the highest state of alert. Almost all roads and streets are open to traffic again. “We are greatly relieved that the high water was largely kept away from the city, thanks in no small measure to our excellent and extensive flood defences,” says Dr Bettina Bunge, Managing Director at Dresden Marketing GmbH. “These spared the old town of Dresden and the cultural treasures of the city from the worst of the flooding.”



Tourist industry partners in the city such as the hotels are well prepared for their guests. “For the Dresden hotels and guesthouses, including those located in the historic centre, it is business as usual, and we look forward to welcoming visitors,” says Marco Bensen, Chairman of the Board at DEHOGA Dresden and Managing Director of INNSIDE by Meliá Dresden. “To anyone who asks how they can help, we say: Come to Dresden, visit our beautiful city and attend some of the major cultural activities and events that are due to take place in the coming weeks. There is no reason to cancel any trips you may have planned.” It is not only possible to make private visits to Dresden without any problem; conferences, business meetings and congresses can also take place as scheduled.



All cultural attractions open as usual

With the reopening of the museums in Pillnitz Palace, all the city’s cultural attractions will be accessible to the public from this weekend. Furthermore, all the theatres are performing their programmes as advertised. The Saxon Steamship Company fleet and the Elbe ferries will resume service when the river level has fallen further.



Only a few hotels and bars/restaurants located directly on the river bank have had to temporarily suspend business. These include

Hotel am Terrassenufer (reopening 16th July)
Schlosshotel Pillnitz (no date given)


Most of the beer gardens along the Elberadweg (Elbe Cycle Route) are working at limited capacity during the clear-up period.



Excursions into the surrounding countryside

Visits to attractions in the immediate surroundings of Dresden are not subject to any major restrictions. However, exploration of the historical centres of Meissen, Pirna and Bad Schandau on foot is not recommended at the moment. Visitors to the Museum of Meissen® Art (Staatliche Porzellanmanufaktur MEISSEN), Schloss Albrechtsberg and Cathedral, the Bastei Rock, Königstein Fortress or the other castles and palaces around Dresden will experience no problems. www.elbland.de; www.saechsische-schweiz.de

私は、Dresdenに住んでいる友人（ドイツ人）から逐次情報を頂いています。公的な情報を探し出しましたので参考にしては如何でしょうか？

?　まず、以下のホームページを選びます。

?　次にElbe（エルベ川）の真下にある赤文字のHochwasserwarnung（洪水情報）をクリックするとpdfを見ることができます。

?　pdfの2ページ目のDresdenの行に洪水の水位をcmで確認できます。現在の水位は一番左側です。右方向に行くにつれて近々の水位予測です。明らかに減っています。

ドレスデンの状態ですが、学校もそろそろ徐々に登校となり、来月になれば旅行での問題は無いと思います。

詳しくは、Dresden.deでドレスデン市の情報を覗いてみて下さい。洪水のアラーム情報、ツーリスト向けの情報などが載っています。(翻訳ソフトをお使いになるといいと思います。）

楽しいたびになるといいですね。だんだん気温も高くなってきて旅行シーズンですよ。

大変心配ですね、お察しします。
2002年の洪水よりも今回の影響は限定的ですね。7月11日までには洪水問題は解消されています。但し、エルベ川周辺は復旧工事が開始されていることと推測してます。
では現在、いわゆる観光エリアで浸かっている場所はと言いますと、ゼンパーオペラや隣接するお城周辺になります。ドレスデン中央駅?フラウキルヘン教会（ヒルトン）周辺までは全く問題ありません。今まで幾度となく洪水に見舞われていますのでドレスデン市民はある意味冷静に対処しています。
その様な状況ですので是非アウガスト王が構築したドレスデンの街並みを堪能されてください。序にドレスデンから船に乗り、マイセンミュジーアムへの見学もいいですよ。
