ほぼ全ての料理にチャーシューがトッピングされ、且ついずれの料理もボリューム満点で充分な満腹感を堪能できることで定評のあるラーメン店です。外観・内装ともに下町情緒溢れる雰囲気を醸し出しており、平日は近隣の企業に勤めるビジネスマンで、休日は東京の下町風情を味わいたい観光客で賑わいます。特に昼食時間帯は平日・休日問わず待ち行列が出来ますが、店内の席の構成は1〜2人向けであるため客の回転は決して悪くはないように思います。
いずれの料理もじっくり調理されている、ということが分かるくらいにまろやかな味付けですが、臭み抜きもしっかりしておりくどさもほとんど感じられません。あっさりとした味付けではなく、盛り付けも奇を衒っていないラーメンの基本形そのものであるため、ガッツリ食べて満腹感を味わいたい人にはもってこいのお店だと思います。カウンター席には個別に仕切りが設置されているため、提供された料理に集中して味わうことも出来ます。
混雑した状況にも十分訓練されているからか、スタッフは一様にハキハキとした対応で、テキパキ無駄のない接客対応でした。
