Local Kofu cuisine - great dish and sake, but inconsistent service and some aspects can be unpleasant

甲府駅に隣接する大型商業施設内にあるレストランの一つで、店名の通り甲府の郷土料理を多く取り揃えているレストランでもあります。『ほうとう』をはじめとする麺料理をメインに提供していますが、同時に『鳥もつ煮』等の甲府ならではの一品料理も多く、様々な組み合わせで食事を楽しむことが出来ると思います。あくまで『郷土料理』の提供を心掛けているからか、奇を衒った盛り付けやこのレストランならでは味付け、といったものはありません。
テーブルや椅子などの調度品にはシックな色合いの木製のものが使用されており、照明も（場所に依るのかもしれませんが）やや暗めに設定されているため落ち着いた雰囲気を醸し出しています。地酒も多数あり、気兼ねなく接することが出来る友人と一緒の食事に利用するといいかもしれません。
一方で、（全員ではない上に、たまたまかもしれませんが）スタッフの質がよくありませんでした。声が小さく口調も不躾で、正直注文のやり取りの段階で他のスタッフとの交代を要求したかった、と思うくらいです。その上他のスタッフとのお喋りに興じていたことに見ていて不愉快でした。料理は美味しかったのですが、そこが非常に残念な点です。

This restaurant is located inside a large commercial complex connected to Kofu Station and, as its name suggests, specializes in local cuisine from the Kofu area.
The menu mainly features noodle dishes such as houtou, but also includes a variety of regional specialties like Tori-motsu-ni (chicken giblets simmered in a sweet-savory sauce). With these options, you can enjoy different combinations of local dishes. The focus is clearly on traditional cuisine, so the presentation and seasoning are straightforward rather than innovative or unique to this particular restaurant.
The interior uses dark-toned wooden furniture, and the lighting is somewhat dim (depending on where you sit), creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere. A wide selection of local sake is also available, making it a good choice for dining with friends in a casual setting.
On the downside, the quality of service was not very good (though this may not apply to all staff and could have been situational). One staff member spoke very quietly and came across as somewhat blunt, to the point where I considered asking to be served by someone else during the ordering process. Additionally, I noticed staff chatting among themselves, which felt unprofessional. While the food itself was enjoyable, this aspect was disappointing.
