なんばパークス内のカフェの1つであるため、特に休日はショッピングの一休憩目的で利用する客が多く、混雑しますが、一方で平日はそれ程混雑しておらず、特に開店直後と閉店直前はかなり空いており、快適に過ごせると思います。
名前に『HARB』とありますが、薬効のある植物がふんだんに使われている、というわけではありません。給仕されるケーキ類は、イチゴのショートケーキやチョコレートケーキ、タルト、チーズケーキなどいずれも典型的なものです。それでも、デコレーションを始め、スポンジやクリームも一切ムラの無い丁寧な作りであることが分かります。店内飲食の場合、それぞれカットされたケーキが給仕されるのですが、カットされてもなおボリュームたっぷりです。その代わり値段はやや高めですが、充分に満足できると思います。一方で、スポンジにブランデーが混ざっているケーキもあるため、子供もしくはお酒の苦手な方は注意が必要です。
一方で、建物の構造上からかもしれませんが、特に混雑時の客の喋り声の響きが酷く、人に依ってはかなりうるさいと感じるかもしれません。休日の日中は、少なくともゆったりと寛げる環境ではないように思いますので注意が必要です。

Since it's one of the cafes in Namba Parks, it's crowded, especially on holidays when many customers use it to take a break from shopping. On the other hand, it's not so crowded on weekdays, especially just after opening and just before closing, and is quite empty, making it a comfortable place to spend time.
Although the name "HARB" is in the name, it does not mean that medicinal plants are used in abundance in those meals. The cakes served are typical: strawberry shortcake, chocolate cake, tarts, and cheesecake. Even so, the decorations, sponges, and creams are carefully and evenly made. For in-store dining, each cake is served cut into pieces, but even when cut, the cakes are still generous. The price is a little high, but I think you will be fully satisfied. On the other hand, some cakes have brandy mixed with the sponge, so children and those who do not like alcohol should be careful.
On the other hand, perhaps it is due to the structure of the building, but the sound of customers talking, especially during busy times, is quite loud, and depending on the person, it may be felt quite noisy. Please note that it does not seem to be a relaxing environment, at least not during the daytime on holidays.
