The dishes were very good, but some of the service of the staff was disappointing

ボリュームたっぷりで、柔らかく拵えられた豚肉で作られたトンカツ定食を堪能できるレストランで、同じ系列のレストランの一つです。
肉の弾力を活かしつつ、でも決して噛み切れないくらいに固くなりすぎない、絶妙な柔らかさとなっています。塩やソースでの味付けをしていなければ、肉や肉汁は旨味を活かしたやや甘めの味付け。肉汁が多く、さっぱり感は無いため、人によってはややくどい味付けと感じるかもしれません。とは言え、最後まで美味しくいただけるトンカツ料理であることには間違いなく、昼食時間帯を中心に行列が出来る程です。
一方で、閉店間際に利用したからなのか、たまたまなのかは分かりませんが、スタッフの対応が、食材及び食器をぞんざいに扱っているように感じました。客の数もそれほど多くないにも関わらず、まるで急いで盛り付けたかのように、揚げたトンカツをあまりにバラバラすぎる幅に切るなど、ぞんざいな盛り付けが見られました。また食器の洗浄時のガチャガチャとしたノイズが、落ち着いて食事をする気を低減させてしまうくらいにうるさかったです。料理が美味しかっただけに、スタッフの一部の対応で少し残念に感じました。

The meat is exquisitely tender, making the most of its elasticity, but never so tough that it's hard to bite through. If not seasoned with salt or sauce, the meat and its juices are slightly sweet, taking advantage of its flavor. Since there is a lot of gravy and it's not light seasoning, some people may find the seasoning a bit harsh. Nevertheless, there is no doubt that it is a pork cutlet dish that can be enjoyed all the way through, and there is even a line of people waiting in line, especially during lunch hours.
On the other hand, I'm not sure if it was because I visited just before closing time or if it was just a coincidence, but I felt that the staff handled the food and tableware carelessly. Even though there were not so many customers, the pork cutlets were cut into too many different widths as if they were served in a hurry, and the food was served in a careless manner. Also, the clattering noise of tablewears being washed was so noisy that it reduced my desire to eat calmly. The dish was delicious, so I was a little disappointed with the way some of the staff handled the situation.
