沖縄県内最大規模のショッピングモールです。建物自体広大ではあるのですが、建物中央部分が吹き抜けになっているからか、開放感のある造りになっており、（一部のショッピングモールによく見られるような）全体的に凝縮された造りにはなっていません（建物として横だけでなく縦の空間も存分に活用している、と思います）。そのため、（一部を除いて）目的の店の場所も分かりやすくアクセスしやすいのが特徴的です。
1階には沖縄ならではの南国の魚が展示されている水槽があることもあり、モールそのものを周遊してもあまり疲れない、という印象です。
小規模ながらシネコンもありますが、一方で独立したレストランやカフェはやや少ない、という印象です。飲食店そのものの数は多いのですが、その多くが『フードコート』という形式でまとめられています。静かな環境でゆったりと食事をする、という目的での利用はあまり期待しすぎない方がいいかもしれません。
駐車スペースは非常に広く確保されていますが、その分、近隣の道路は常に渋滞が発生します（特に休日の渋滞は酷いです）。特に那覇方面からのアクセスの際は、時間に余裕をもった方がよさそうです。

It's the largest shopping mall in Okinawa Prefecture. Although the building itself is vast, it has a sense of openness, perhaps because the central part of the building has a stairwell, and it's not as condensed as some shopping malls (I think the building makes full use of vertical space as well as horizontal space). This makes it easy to locate and access the desired stores or restaurants (with a few exceptions).
On the first floor, there is an aquarium displaying tropical fish unique to Okinawa, which gives the impression that one does not get too tired from walking around the mall itself.
There is also a cinema complex, albeit a small one, but there are not many independent restaurants and cafes. There are many restaurants, but most of them are organized in the form of "food courts. It's probably best not to expect too much for the purpose of having a relaxing meal in a quiet environment.
Parking spaces are very spacious, but because of this, there is always traffic congestion on nearby roads (especially bad on weekends and holidays). It's recommended to allow plenty of time for parking, especially when accessing from the Naha area.
