平日のランチタイムのみ営業、メニューもトッピングも決して多い方ではない、10席にも満たないカウンター席のみ、という、非常に小さなカレー専門の食堂でありながら、連日のように行列が出来る。13時を過ぎたころには、一部の料理が売り切れになるほどの人気ぶりである。それでも、テーブル席がない分お喋りをしながら食事する人はほとんどいないため、客の回転は決して悪くない。
ライスは全て鮮やかな黄色に着色されたサフランライスで、ルーはやや酸味が強く粘り気は少ない。非常にさっぱりとした味付けで後味もくどくなく、量も腹にも溜まり過ぎない程度で丁度いい（ガッツリ食べたい人にはやや物足りないかもしれない）。ご夫婦と思われるスタッフも、やや大人しめな印象ながらてきぱきと無駄の無いサービスを提供していたため、不愉快な点は全くなかった。
一方で、入口に段差があり、また席の後ろの通路も狭いので、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方の利用はお勧めできない。

Although it's a very small restaurant specializing in curry, open only for lunch on weekdays, with a small menu and not many toppings, and only a counter with less than 10 seats, it's so popular that some dishes are sold out after 1:00 p.m. The customer turnover is not bad, since there are few people eating while chatting because there are no tables.
The rice is all saffron rice colored bright yellow, and the roux is slightly sour and not very sticky. It's a little bit lightly seasoned and does not leave a bad aftertaste, and the quantity is just right without being too much for the stomach (it may be a little insufficient for those who want to eat a hearty meal). The staff, who appeared to be a married couple, were also rather quiet, but they provided prompt and efficient service, so there was nothing unpleasant about them.
On the other hand, there is a step at the entrance, and the aisle behind the seats is narrow, so I would not recommend the use of the restaurant for people with disabilities such as wheelchairs.
