Western-style restaurant for businessmen with an atmosphere of the good old Showa period

東京交通会館の地下1階のレストラン街でもとりわけ人気のある、サラリーマン御用達と言うようなレストランです。常時行列が出来、空いている時間帯は皆無と言っても過言ではありません。ディナータイムはビール等のお酒も注文することが出来ますが、このレストランを利用する客はこのような状況を慮ってか、酒類を注文する客はほとんどおらず、ランチタイムと同様に多くの客が食事のみを注文し、食べた後はすぐに退店します。そのため、客の回転は比較的早く、行列が出来ても長く待たされる機会は少ないです。
すぐに入店できれば店内で注文出来ますが、行列が出来ている場合は、列で待っている間に注文を決めます（外にもメニューが貼り出されており、スタッフが注文を聞きに回ります）。支払いは現金のみで原則前払い、クレジットカード・デビットカード・各種電子マネーは利用できません。店内は非常に狭く、カウンター席・テーブル席合わせて10席強程度です。入口に段差があるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方、大きな荷物を持つ方の利用はあまり勧められません。
古き良き昭和の雰囲気を漂わせるレストランではあり、給仕される料理も、カツレツやハンバーグ、アジフライ等、典型的な洋食メニューで占められています。給仕されるまでの速度は比較的早いですが、手慣れた様子で調理・盛り付けされているからか、決して雑な見た目や味付けではなく、しっかりと下拵え・味付けされており、最後まで美味しくいただくことが出来ます。そのため、ご飯や味噌汁等のサイドメニューのお替りをする客も多くいます。
一度は利用をお勧めしたいレストランの一つです。

Although beer and other alcoholic beverages can be ordered at dinner time, few customers order alcoholic beverages, perhaps because of this situation. Therefore, the turnover of customers is relatively quick, and even if there is a line, there is little chance of having to wait for a long time.
If you can get in right away, you can order inside the restaurant, but if there is a line, you can decide what to order while waiting in line (menus are also posted outside, and staff will go around asking for your order). As a rule, payment is in advance by cash only, and credit cards, debit cards, and various types of electronic money are not accepted. The restaurant is very small, with only about 10 seats at the counter and tables. Because there are steps at the entrance, the restaurant is not recommended for wheelchair users and people with large luggage.
The restaurant has a good old Showa-era atmosphere, and the dishes served are typical Western-style dishes such as cutlets, hamburgers, and fried horse mackerel. The speed of serving is relatively fast, but the dishes are prepared and arranged in a familiar manner, so it is not messy in appearance or taste, but well prepared and seasoned, and can be enjoyed until the very end. For this reason, many customers order more rice, miso soup.
This is one of the restaurants I recommend you to use at least once.
