野球場、体育館、テニス等の運動やレクリエーション施設を始め、コンベンションセンター、ホテルもある広大な公園です。人口のビーチがあり、夏季には海水浴が出来ます。公園の大部分は芝生であるため、ボールで遊ぶ親子連れ等の姿が良く見かけられます。
噴水がある広場の通路は、一部制限されているもののスケートボードで遊ぶ区画が設けられています。スケートボードに初めて乗る子供の多くが練習に励んでいる一方で、閑散としている日には中学生や高校生がスケートボードで遊んでいる姿がよく見られます。基本的に飲食を提供する施設は無いため（自動販売機はあります）、事前に食料を買ったりお弁当を持ち込んで遊びに来るといいでしょう。
のんびり散歩でもしながら一日を過ごすところとしてピッタリのところと言えます。

It's a vast park with a baseball field, gymnasium, tennis and other sports and recreational facilities, as well as a convention center and hotel. There is a man-made beach where you can swim during the summer. Most of the park is grass, so you can often see parents and children playing with a ball.
There is a skateboarding area in the plaza with a fountain, although some restrictions are in place. Many kids who are new to skateboarding are practicing, while junior high and high school students can often be seen playing with skateboards on a quiet day. Basically, there are no facilities that offer food or drink (there are vending machines), so it is best to buy food or bring your own lunch beforehand.
It is a perfect place to spend the day while taking a leisurely walk.
