JR新宿駅地下1階の中央西改札口を出てすぐ右にある定食屋です。忙しなく行き来する新宿駅の利用者のための店らしく、あらゆるところが効率化されています。入口にある券売機で購入したチケットには番号が書かれており、番号が呼ばれるということ、注文した料理が出来たことを意味します。但し料理の配膳（及び食後の食器の返却）は客が行わなければなりません。
座席は全てカウンター式で、テーブル席はありません。座席の座高も高めに設定されているため、子供、車椅子利用などの障碍を持つ方の利用はお勧めできません。
水はセルフサービスで各自用意しますが、水を用意する場所がやや分かりづらいです。料理の味は決して悪くはありませんが、客の回転の良さを重視するあまり、出来合いのものが用意されるため、食感はよくありません。それは『唐揚げと生姜焼き』といった複数のメイン料理を組み合わせた定食を注文した時に如実に表れ、満足感も中途半端に終わってしまいました。
言わばファストフード店のような位置づけであるため、家族や友人と食事を楽しみながらの利用にはお勧めできません。

This set meal diner is located on the first basement floor of JR Shinjuku Station, just to the right of the central west ticket gate. It seems to be a diner for the busy users, and every part of the diner has been streamlined. Tickets purchased from the ticket vending machine at the entrance have a number written on them, and when the number is called, it means that the food you ordered is ready. However, the customer is responsible for serving the dishes (and returning the dishes after eating).
All seating is counter style and there are no tables. The seating height is set high, so it is not recommended for children or people with disabilities such as wheelchair users.
Water is self-service, but the place to get it is a bit confusing. The taste of the food is not bad by any means, but the texture of the food is not good because the food is prepared ready-made in order to increase the turnover of customers. This was really evident when I ordered a set meal that combined several main dishes, such as "Fried chicken and Shoga-yaki", and I ended up feeling halfway satisfied.
Since the diner is positioned as a fast food restaurant, so it is not recommended to use it while enjoying a meal with family or friends.
