リコー（ペンタックス）のカメラ・レンズのショールームで、修理点検等のサービスも実施しています。サービスカウンターには常に複数人が常駐しているため、受付等で待たされることはほとんどありません。サービスの質も丁寧で、どのような処理を実施するかの事前の説明、修理点検後のチェック等もしっかり実施しています。
ギャラリーが併設されており、様々なジャンルの作品を楽しむことが出来ます。個人の写真家の方が単独で写真展を開催することが多く、ほとんどの場合で写真家当人が常駐しているため、説明を聞きながら鑑賞することが出来ます。ギャラリーは無料でどなたでも利用できます。
It's a showroom for Ricoh (Pentax) cameras and lenses, and also provides services such as repair and inspection.
