高松空港の2階にあるうどん店です。2階にあるため、窓側のカウンター席に座り空港内を眺めつつ、讃岐うどんを堪能することが出来ます。保安検査場にも近いため、目的のフライトに登場する前の時間調整に利用するのも最適です。うどんだけでなく丼物やおでんなどの料理もあり、メニューは豊富です。
店内は明るく、構造としては空港やデパート内にある典型的なレストランと同じです。ただ、利用当時店内は私一人だけだったからか、店員の接客態度はややぶっきらぼうでぞんざいなところが見られました。
うどんは、コシがあり喉越しも良かったですが、他で食べた讃岐うどんと比較するとやや柔らかめ、といった食感です。
This udon restaurant is located on the second floor of Takamatsu Airport, and because it is on the second floor, you can enjoy Sanuki udon while sitting at the window counter with a view of the airport. It is also close to the security checkpoint, so it is a great place to relax before your flight. In addition to udon, there is a wide variety of dishes on the menu, including rice bowls and oden.
The restaurant is brightly lit and has the same structure as a typical restaurant in an airport or department store. However, perhaps because I was the only one in the restaurant at the time of my visit, I found the staff to be a bit blunt and rude.
The udon was firm and smooth, but the texture was a little softer than other Sanuki udon I've eaten.
