千葉駅構内で食事をするところに迷ったら、真っ先にお勧めしたいお店です。お茶漬けや丼物など、米を使用したメニューが多く、木製の調度品を揃えているため、和のテイストを前面に押している典型的な食堂のように感じますが、店内は清潔で余計な装飾も無くシンプル、料理の味は勿論盛り付けも素晴らしく、最後まで美味しくいただくことが出来ました。何より、店員のハキハキとした元気な対応でありながらも、適度に距離を保った接客は、最後まで心地よく感じられました。
If you are in doubt about where to eat in Chiba Station, this is the first place I would recommend. With many rice-based dishes such as Ochazuke and Rice bowls, and wooden furnishings, it seems like a typical diner with a Japanese flavor in the forefront, but the restaurant is clean and simple without unnecessary decorations. Above all, the waitstaff's brisk and energetic response, while maintaining a moderate distance from the customers, made us feel comfortable throughout the meal.
