続きを読むちながらも、固すぎず柔らかすぎず丁度よく、スープのまろやかな塩味と程よく絡み合って、最後まで美味しくいただけます。鰹出汁の僅かな魚介類の香りが漂うものの、決して主張しすぎず、魚介系のラーメンが苦手な人でも楽しめると思います。
座席は全てカウンター席。店外に自動券売機があるものの、商店街にはアーケードがあるため、天候に左右されません。一方で出入り口には段差があるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方にとっては利用しづらい印象を持つでしょう。
一杯一杯がよくまとまっていますが、逆に言えばややインパクトに欠け、この店ならではの特徴が見出しづらい部分があります。だからこそかもしれませんが、夜間に羽田空港からの帰路、ヘトヘトに疲れ且つ空腹の際に食べると、驚くほど身体の中にまで染み渡ります。深夜にも利用できるのはいいかもしれません。
This Ramen restaurant is located in the shopping arcade in Kamata, where you can enjoy ramen noodles in either bonito broth or chicken white soup. The noodles are just right, neither too hard nor too soft, while maintaining a chewy elasticity, and the mild saltiness of the broth is well blended with the noodles, making them delicious all the way through. Although there is a slight seafood aroma of dried bonito broth in the air, it's not overpowering, and even those who do not like seafood-based ramen can enjoy it.
All seating is at the counter. Although there is a ticket vending machine outside the restaurant, it's not affected by the weather because of in the shopping arcade. On the other hand, there are steps at the entrance and exit, which may make it difficult for wheelchair users and other handicapped people to use the restaurant.
Each dish is well put together, but in other words, it lacks impact and it's difficult to find the unique characteristics of this restaurant. Perhaps that is why, on the way home from Haneda Airport at night, when you are exhausted and hungry, you will be surprised at how much the food soaks into your body. It would be nice to be able to use this restaurant late at night.
