  料理だけでなく、内装や食器に至るまで非常にこだわりぬいているレストランです。昼食の時間帯はトンカツ定食をメインとしたランチ...  続きを読むメニューを提供していますが、夜間は居酒屋スタイルで、トンカツ料理を始め各種一品料理を提供しています。
  メイン料理となるトンカツは、厚い肉を均質に柔らかく拵え、衣も薄めにムラ無く絶妙にまぶされています。それだけでなくお通しや各種一品料理も非常に丁寧に作られています。料理だけでなく器や客席の準備にもこだわっており、唐津の中川自然坊窯で焼成された器を使用しています。非常に質の高いサービスを提供していることが伺えます。
  一方で、それだけ丁寧に料理を作っているからか、注文から給仕まで非常に時間がかかります。また周囲は住宅街で、他に飲食店はあまり多くありません。特別な日の料理としてこの店を利用する客も多く、ランチタイムだけでなくディナータイムも長時間待つことが多々あります。手早く食事を済ませる上での利用はお勧めしません。特別な日にゆっくり食事を楽しむのにお勧めできます。

  The main dish, tonkatsu, is made of thick meat that is homogeneously tender and evenly coated with a thin batter. Not only that, the appetizers and other dishes are also prepared with great care. Not only the dishes, but also the tableware and the preparation of the seating area are carefully chosen, using vessels fired at the "Nakagawa Jinenbo Kiln" in Karatsu. It is apparent that the restaurant provides very high quality service.
  On the other hand, it takes a very long time from ordering to serving, probably because they prepare the food so carefully. Also, the surrounding area is a residential area and there are not many other restaurants. Many customers use this restaurant as a special occasion meal, and there is often a long wait not only during lunch time but also during dinner time. It's not recommended to use this restaurant for a quick meal. It is recommended to enjoy a leisurely meal on a special occasion.  閉じる
