日本からアメリカ、メキシコ経由でキューバのハバナにいこうと考えております。

こんにちは。
キューバがU.S. list of state sponsors of terrorismから削除されるという話もあるようでうが、U.S. Customs and Border Protectionの公式ページではまだアップデートされていません。
往路は大丈夫と思いますが、キューバに滞在したので復路でESTAを使うと虚偽申請になりますよ。
入国の際に虚偽申請が発覚した場合のペナルティは大変みたいです。
※今後キューバがU.S. list of state sponsors of terrorismから削除されるまで、ESTAでアメリカに入国できなくなるので要注意です。

最低乗り継ぎ時間（Minimum Connecting Times）で乗り継ぎ保証を得られるのはは、同一航空会社（アライアンス）で、通しのチケットの場合のみです。
LCCのウィズエアーとイージージェットは、同一のアライアンスですか？
オンラインチェックインした場合でも、ガドウィック空港のトランジットで入国審査は必要あるのではないですか？ ロンドン ガドウィック空港 (LGW)
