８万円でシンガポールからディリへのチケットをonetravel.com経由で購入。ところが、３日前にキャンセルのメールが入る。メール文は電話連絡を求める内容と、チケット代は払い戻されるという内容。しかし、電話はアメリカ国内の無料通話で、シンガポールからは国際電話扱い。しかも、機械音声で人間は出ず、ひたすら通話料がかかるために諦め。
その後、払い戻しを要求するも、電話連絡がなかったために払い戻さないとのこと。
チケットを売って、便はキャンセルし、払い戻しはしない。これは、完全に詐欺。
この航空会社のチケットを買ってはいけません。
ちなみに、キャンセル連絡のメールと、払い戻し拒否のメールは以下の通り。
払い戻し拒否メールにある「flightschedule@cheapoair.com」は使われていないメールアドレスで、メールは返って来てしまいます。
