オンラインで国際クレジットカード利用不可

日本国内発行のMasterCard、VISAカード(本人確認コード認証済)にてオンライン予約を試みましたが、最後にエラーが表示されて、うまくいきません。
ONCFに問い合わせたところ、現在は国際カードは利用不可のようでした。

we inform you that, at the moment, online, you can only buy train tickets on the condition of being provided with a bank card emitted by Moroccan bank.
The international bank cards will be operational soon.
The marketed products are:
1st classy full price
2nd class and reads single
One-way tickets and to Go / return
Adult tickets and child from 4 to 12 years old.
To purchase your tickets, you must subsequently report to the Rail-way station.
