仁川空港で、ウズベキスタン航空のビジネスに乗る予定です。勿論航空会社のラウンジが無い事は承知していますが、エアラインズ アソシエーション ラウンジ（共同ラウンジ）なるラウンジが、第1ターミナル（本館）３Ｆにあり、利用出来た様ですが、現在存在しているのかどうか不明です。ご存じの方がいらっしゃいましたら教えて下さい。

とある以上、存在していないと考えるのが妥当でしょう。
The Airlines Association Lounge has closed permanently. Eligible passengers are welcome to use The Asiana Business Lounge West.

やはりもう無さそうですね・・・・
コードシェア便って、アシアナ航空サイトからウズベキスタン航空チケットを買っていないので、使えないかもですね（知識不十分ですが）。
