ヒルトンになったのは最近で、その前は別のホテルだった建物を一部リニューアルして使っています。そのせいで、新しい部分と古い部分の差が極端です。バスルームなどボロボロです。
暖房が無いことは部屋に入って初めて知り、フロントに確認したものの信じられなかったので、ヒルトンワールドリザベーションにも確認したところ、エリアマネージャーから下記の回答がありました。低緯度とはいえ標高2250mのこの場所で暖房設備が無いというのは、冬季においては問題外でしょう。私が宿泊したのは３月でしたが、貸し出される小型のヒーターではそれでも十分には温まりませんでした。これが真冬だったら、大げさではなく健康被害間違いなしです。
