個人的には、岐阜県内随一のB級スポット、且つ日本屈指のB級スポットの一つだと思っています。
関ケ原の合戦を可能な限り忠実に再現した武将や兵士たちのコンクリート像が、敷地内に200体以上設置されています。1体1体がとてもユーモラスではありますが、その表情やしぐさに全く刺さらない、という人も居れば、それらの半ば滑稽さにジワジワとツボに入る人も居るでしょう。さらに人に依っては気味悪いと思ったり不愉快に感じて早々に退場したい、という人も居るかもしれません。
これらのコンクリート像は、全て浅野祥雲氏によって製作されたものであり、氏の作品を良く知る、あるいは愛でる人であれば垂涎のスポットの一つになり得ます。一方で、所謂関ケ原の戦いの開戦から決戦までのプロセス等をつぶさに鑑賞したい・調べたい、という日本史もしくは戦史の通の人には、関ケ原観光や周遊における余興の一つ、程度と思うだけでもいいかもしれません。
中には、関ケ原の戦いと全く関係ない像まであります。「関係ないものを置くな！」と憤慨せず、関ケ原の戦いを模造したレジャー施設、というふうに思って利用した方がいいでしょう。

Personally, I consider this one of the most notable "B-grade" (quirky/oddball) attractions in Gifu Prefecture - and even one of the most unique in Japan.
The site features over 200 concrete statues of warlords and soldiers, arranged to recreate the Battle of Sekigahara as faithfully as possible. Each statue has a distinctly humorous style. Some visitors may find them unappealing, while others might gradually warm to their slightly absurd charm. Depending on your perspective, you may even find them eerie or unsettling and want to leave quickly.
All of these statues were created by the artist Shoun Asano. For those familiar with or fond of his work, this can be a must-visit destination. On the other hand, if you are deeply interested in Japanese history or military history and are looking for an accurate, detailed understanding of the Battle of Sekigahara, this site may be best regarded as a light, supplementary stop during your visit to the area.
Interestingly, some statues have nothing to do with the Battle of Sekigahara at all. Rather than being frustrated by this, it's better to approach the site as a themed leisure park loosely inspired by the battle.
