A popular restaurant with a focus on dishes using Ishigaki beef, both in taste and appearance

大人数向けのテーブル席やお座敷席はあるものの、少人数の範疇であれば、円柱状に仕切られた個室が用意される、という一風変わった内装の居酒屋です。その円柱状の仕切りもカラフルな織物が使用されており、見た目も美しく客を楽しませてくれます。一方で各個室内に入ると、照明を暗めに設定しているからか、人によって少し手元が見えづらい（メニュー等も見えづらい）と感じるかもしれません。そのような環境であるものの、スタッフを呼ぶためのブザーが各席に設置されているため、スタッフの対応が極めて遅い、ということはほとんどありません。
給仕される料理は、石垣牛を用いた料理だけでなく、海鮮料理も豊富に取り揃っています。八重山そばなどの典型的な石垣料理・沖縄料理の種類も多くありますが、特に石垣牛を用いた料理には、味付けだけでなく盛り付けにも力を入れているようで、料理そのものの見た目の美しさだけでなく、器にもこだわりがあるように感じました。同じ牛肉や魚を使用しても、味だけでなく食感の違いも食事を楽しんでもらうようこだわっているように感じました。
入口に段差があり、出入り口の扉も手動の引き戸になっているため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方にとってはやや利用しづらいと感じるかもしれません。店の内部の構造上、スタッフの接客対応は丁寧であるものの必要以上に距離を詰めてくるようなことはせず、適度な距離感で接客してくれました。予約をせずに入店しましたが、人気店であるため予約を推奨します。

Although there is table seating and tatami room seating for large groups, for smaller groups, private rooms with columnar partitions are available. The columnar partitions are also made of colorful fabrics, which are beautiful to look at and delight the customers. On the other hand, once inside the private rooms, some people may find it a little difficult to see what is in front of them (menus, etc.), perhaps because the lighting is set to a dark level. Despite this environment, the staff is rarely extremely slow in responding to customers, as each seat is equipped with a buzzer to call the staff.
The dishes served are not only Ishigaki beef dishes, but also a wide variety of seafood dishes. There are many types of typical Ishigaki and Okinawan dishes such as Yaeyama Soba, but especially for the dishes using Ishigaki beef, they seem to put a lot of effort not only in the seasoning but also in the presentation, and I felt that they are particular not only about the appearance of the dish itself but also about the container. Even if the same beef or fish is used, I felt that the restaurant is particular about having diners enjoy not only the taste but also the different textures of the food.
There are steps at the entrance and a manual sliding door at the exit, which may make it somewhat difficult for people with disabilities, such as wheelchairs, to use the restaurant. Due to the internal structure of the restaurant, the staff was courteous in their customer service, but they did not close the distance between us more than necessary, and served us with a moderate sense of distance. I used the restaurant without a reservation, but reservations are recommended due to the popularity of the restaurant.
