トッピングや麺の太さ・味付けを自由に決められるラーメン店は他にもありますが、このラーメン店はその対象や範囲が他のラーメン店と比較しても多く、初めて来店する（あるいは来店の回数が少ない）人にとっては戸惑うかもしれません。その一方で、トッピングや味付け等の指定をほとんどしない状態で食べると、特徴らしい特徴を見いだせず満足感のいかないまま店を後にする可能性があります（特に細麺の場合、麺にスープが絡まず分離されてしまっているため、麺をすすっても淡白な味わいしか感じませんでした）。一方でそのようなスタイルだからこそ、老若男女問わず利用されるラーメン店なのかもしれません。
店内に設置されている券売機で予め食券を購入する必要があります。テーブル席もありますが席数は少なく、ほとんどがカウンター席となります。カウンター席の座椅子は、段差があるところに設置されているものの、テーブル席にはそれが無いため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できると思います（但し店内の通路は狭いです）。

You need to purchase a meal ticket in advance from the ticket vending machine located inside the restaurant. There are some tables, but the number of seats is small, and most of the seats are at the counter. The counter seats are placed on a step, but the table seats are not, so wheelchairs and other handicapped people can easily use the restaurant (however, the aisles in the restaurant are narrow).
