下町の居酒屋の雰囲気を醸し出す、鶏肉をふんだんに活用した和食料理店です。馴染み客の利用が多くて一見さんは利用しにくいような第一印象を受けましたが、どのような客も普通に利用できるしスタッフもきさくに対応してくれます。
調理から給仕に至るまで、全てのスタッフの手際の良さがとても好印象でした。食材の特徴、仕入先、仕入れるまでの苦労話に至るまで、単に博識なだけでなく小気味の良い口調で話をしてくれて、最後まで飽きずに食事を楽しむことが出来ます。
ランチでも好評の親子丼をいただきました。硬さ・柔らかさの変化を付けた鶏肉の拵え方は抜群でしたし、とじられた卵も甘すぎずしょっぱすぎず、舌触りも絶妙。最後まで美味しくいただくことが出来ました。1回は必ず訪れるべき料理店の一つだと思います。
なお、ランチではクレジットカードは使用できません。現金のみ使用できます。

This is a Japanese restaurant that gives off the atmosphere of a downtown izakaya, serving mainly chicken dishes. The first impression I got was that first-time visitors would find it difficult to use the restaurant, but all customers are usually welcome and the staff are friendly and helpful.
From cooking to serving, the entire staff is very crafty. They are not only knowledgeable, but also have a light-hearted tone of voice as they talk about the characteristics of the ingredients, their suppliers, and the difficulties they went through to get them. You won't be bored by the end of your meal.
I had the Oyakodon which is popular at lunch as well. The chicken was made with various degrees of hardness and tenderness, and the beaten egg covering the chicken was not too sweet and not too salty, so the texture was exquisite. I think this is one of the restaurants that you must visit at least once.
Please note that credit cards are not accepted at lunch. Only cash is accepted at lunch.
