公園の大部分を占める池以外は、この公園ならではの特徴的なものが少ない静かな公園です。公園の東側には遊具が設置されている比較的広いスペースが設けられていますが、池を周遊する散策路はそれほど広くはないため、遊具のあるスペース以外で遊ぶのはあまり適しません。加えて周囲は住宅街や学校・図書館があるため、騒いだり大声を出すのは控えた方がいいでしょう。池を取り囲むように桜が植えられ、満開になると屋台が軒を連ねますが却ってそれが狭い遊歩道をより狭くしています。散策したりボートを借りて池で漕いだり、ゆったりとした気持ちで過ごすための公園です。

Apart from the pond which occupies most of the park, there are few characteristic spots in this park. Space with play equipment for children to play is on the east side of the park. Because the promenade is narrow, it is not suitable to play outside the space where the playground equipment is established.
Moreover, the park is surrounded by residential areas, with school and library. You should refrain from frolicking or playing ball. This may be a park for where you take a leisurely walk or row a boat.
During the cherry blossom season, many people visit this park, and some food stands are built on the promenade at the same time. But that makes the narrow promenade narrower.
