Soba restaurant which reused an old house, do not expect too much the inside or the services of this restaurant

重要文化財に指定されている木造古民家を活用した蕎麦屋。古き良き時代を反映した建物は、内装にも込められており、天井付近に飾られたかつての紙幣や蕎麦・米の値段の変遷表等は、まさに時代の流れを彷彿させる。
一方、店内はかなり雑多で、まさに典型的な大衆食堂。不潔というわけではないが、食器やおかもちが所狭しと並んであったり積んであったりで、整理整頓されているという印象は高くない。加えて座面や背面が緑色のパイプ椅子が、場違いな雰囲気を出していた（木の椅子だったら間違いなく趣があったかもしれない）。
夜遅くに入店したことが影響したからか、店員のモチベーションも分かりやすいくらいに低め。大衆食堂にありがちな対応だった。給仕された蕎麦もこの食堂ならではの特筆すべきところはなく、味付けは薄く、麺のコシも弱く少し物足りなさを感じた。古民家の外観から色々期待してしまうと、入店後の激しい落差を感じるかもしれない。

When I entered the restaurant just before the closing of the night, I could see that the staff's motivation is bad. It may be common in the dining halls. There is nothing special to note about the appearance and taste of the served soba. Taste is thin, noodle chewing is also weak. Do not have various expectations with the appearance of the old house.
