1階部分の見た目から、小ぢんまりとしたレストランかと思いきや、1階と地下1階にフロアが設けられており、地下1階は150席と高い収容力を誇る中国料理のレストランです。30名・40名の宴会を受け入れることも出来るため、少人数に限らず大人数でワイワイ楽しみながら利用できます。テーブルや椅子などの調度品や食器のセンスもよく、かといって高級過ぎないため、肩肘張らずにリラックスしながら料理を楽しむことが出来ます。
給仕係の対応がややつっけんどんなところが気になりましたが、かと言ってオーダーを呼んでも来ない、料理の給仕があからさま遅い、ということはありませんでした（品数を間違えられた、ということはありましたが、それも1回だけ）。中華系のスタッフも多くいましたので、若干日本語が不自由なところは否めません。その分、中国語や英語など、他の言語でも対応していますし、何より客の意図を汲んで「それでしたら、こういった組み合わせで提供できますが、いかがですか」という提案もしてくれることに感銘を受けました。
料理もバラエティ豊かで、味だけでなく見た目でも充分に楽しむことが出来ます。後を引くような脂っこさも少なく、すっきりと全ての料理を堪能できました。お酒の種類も豊富で、しかもいずれも質が高いものが揃っていると見受けられました。銀座で食事処に迷ったら、候補に入れておきたいレストランの一つだと思います。

Almost every day, it seems that there are the banquets of 30 or 40 people scale set there. Whether large or small group, you can enjoy your meal there with any person.
The sense of furniture such as table and chair and tableware are wonderful. But they are not too high class. You can enjoy cooking while relaxing without being nervous.
I was concerned that the staffs were somewhat bluntly. However, the whole serving is not bad. At most, it merely made a mistake in the number of dishes once. There is no bad serving such as not come to order or wait too late. Because I think that some staff are Chinese, they have somewhat poor Japanese. But it means they are capable of multilingual. In some cases, they will also propose by drew customers' intention. I was very impressed with it!
Because the dishes are rich in variety, you'll enjoy not only the taste but also their appearance. I felt that the bad oiliness was very low. The variety of drinks was also abundant, so I thought that all of the alcohol was high quality. If you are suffering from a meal place in Ginza, it would be nice to make this restaurant one of the candidates.
