客の新幹線の出発時間を鑑みた上で、料理の提案や給仕のスピードを考えてくれるレストランは、そう多くはないと思います。その他の場面でも接客の質は素晴らしく、申し分はありません。
給仕される料理は主にそばですが、付け合せの料理も品があり美味しくいただきました。味付けは王道で奇を衒ったところがなく、このレストランならでは、というものはありませんが、逆に安心して食べることが出来ます。旅行や出張帰り、新幹線を待つ合間の夕食としての利用に、まず候補として挙げられるレストランの一つだと思います。

The served cuisine is mainly typical buckwheat noodles. Its taste is simple and there is no strange feeling at all. But that means everyone can enjoy eating with an easy mind. Arrangement of dishes is also simple and good. If you take a meal while waiting for the Shinkansen you use, it would be nice to think of this restaurant as the primary candidate.
