モン・サン＝ミシェルの名物スフレオムレツやノルマンディー地方の伝統料理を堪能できるフレンチレストラン。高級感を含ませながらも気軽に利用できるカジュアルな雰囲気を醸し出しているため、肩肘張らずに利用できる。ドレスコードも特に必要とせず、ジーンズで来店する客もいる。
人気店であるために連日のように混雑する。利用した日は週の始めだったため、それほど混雑はしていなかったが、時折料理の給仕のタイミングがやや遅いように感じた（クレームをいれる程では無かったが）。そのため、満席の際の給仕の遅さは推して知るべしかもしれない（料理の味にも影響が出るかもしれない）。一部の給仕係の声が小さく、聞き取りづらいことがある。それ以外は申し分なく、料理は概ね美味しくいただくことが出来た。ワインリストも提示してくれたため、料理の他にもお酒も楽しむことが出来た。
基本的にはコース料理だが、単品でも注文することが出来る。各人でスフレオムレツや煮込み料理に舌鼓を打ち、ココット等の肉料理を取り分けて食べると一層楽しめる。なお、スフレオムレツは給仕後すぐに食べた方がいい。給仕直後はふわふわだが、時間が経つにつれてペチャンコになり、折角のふわふわな感触が台無しになる。加えてやや塩気の濃い味が冷えてさらに塩気が濃くなり、人によっては不快に感じるかもしれない。

It is a very popular restaurant, so crowded every day. It was not much crowding since I used it at the beginning of the week. Nevertheless, I felt that the timing of serving the dishes was somewhat late at times. If it is full, you may get irritated by the slowness of serving of the dishes. Some waitress's voice was small, I heard back a few times. Other services were generally good, and the quality of cooking was wonderful. You'll be able to enjoy not only dishes but also a wide selection of wines.
This restaurant is basically a course meal. However, you can order even a single dish. For example, each person eat souffle omelets or boiled dishes, there is also the way to enjoy it by eating cocottes separately.
Soufle Oomlets are better to eat soon as they are served. Over time, the omelet is flattened, and it gets ruined a crisp soft texture. Moreover, the salt taste becomes darker. Some people may feel it uncomfortable.
