続きを読むやサンドウィッチといった手軽に食べられる料理が主ですが、ディナーはハンバーガーだけでなくステーキやフライドチキン等、バラエティ豊かな肉料理が多く取り揃っています。各肉料理の調理としては炭火でじっくりグリルで焼き上げるのが主で、さらに味付けに使われるバーベキューソースやデミグラスソースが主体。あくまで肉そのものの味を楽しんでもらうことを念頭に置いているからか、味付けに奇を衒ったところはありません。一部の料理はサラダなどをワンプレートで給仕されるため、見た目こそカラフルですが、盛り付けも味付けと同様に奇を衒ったところはありません。一方で、肉料理の他の付け合わせの料理（ポテト）等は、やや焼きムラ・揚げムラがある場合があり、肉料理以外はややぞんざいに扱っている、という印象は否めません。
客席フロアは1階と2階の2階構成で、2階への昇降は階段のみとなっています。1階の客席は基本的にカウンター席のみとなっていますが、2階はテーブル席となっており、20名程度の貸し切りとしての利用も可能です。一方で、厨房の狭さから2人態勢で注文・調理・給仕・会計を行っている関係上、混雑している時間帯は各サービスが遅くなる可能性があります。
私は空いている時間帯に利用したからか、各サービスが必要以上に遅れる、ということはありませんでした。そのため、接客対応も適度な距離感で対応してくれたため、可もなく不可もなくでした。

Each meat dish is mainly cooked on a charcoal grill and seasoned with barbecue sauce or demi-glace sauce. There are no eccentricities in the seasoning of the meat, perhaps because the restaurant is focused on having diners enjoy the flavor of the meat itself. Some dishes are served on a single plate with salad and other items, so they are colorful in appearance, but the presentation is as unorthodox as the flavors. On the other hand, other accompaniments to meat dishes (potatoes, etc.) are sometimes unevenly cooked or fried, giving the undeniable impression that the restaurant treats all dishes except meat dishes rather carelessly.
The seating is on two floors, the first floor and the second floor, and the stairs are the only way up to the second floor. The first floor is basically a counter seating area, but the second floor has table seating and can be rented out for a private party of about 20 people. On the other hand, due to the small size of the kitchen, two people are needed for ordering, cooking, serving, and accounting, so each service may be delayed during busy times.
