It was the first time for me to have in-flight meal. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the meal, and it enabled me to enjoy the flight and the trip. The first meal was Japanese Kastu-don. There was pork and beef, and I chose the pork one. （I guess the beef one was like beef stew with mash potatoes. My friend chose it, and she said it was delicious. ）

The cabin attendant definitely called the dish ‘Kastu-don’ however, it was quite different from the one which I had thought before I received it. Usually, Japanese Katsu-don is fried pork with scrambled egg, or with Worcestershire sauce. （It is called Sause-kastu-don, known for a traditional in Nagano. ） Surprisingly, the one which I had there was a mix of them! There were two fried pork with both scrambled egg and Worcestershire sauce! I was a bit worried if the taste was too strong, but the creamy bland-tasted egg harmonizes the junkie pork and the salty sauce. To be honest, I felt it could have been done without the small bread （you may barely find it in the picture, back of katsu-don）. I was already full before I had it because there was also salad, side dish（meat ball and Kamaboko） and dessert（mousse）!

Anyway, the delicious and filling meal was good for me to enjoy the last Japanese food before I leave Japan and Japanese food for 10 days.
