Don’t ever think to do your wedding here in Sofitel hotel. They will give you a hard time to checking in the hotel and also your guests. They have a lot of typo with your guests name and your guests can’t check in with their name.I guess the system and management is messed up... Your wedding day will be messed up as well. They will apologize after you really got mad. I don’t recommend you to choose here in Sofitel. I really didn’t have a good experience here in sofitel. Terrible hotel in the Philippines. 最低で最悪なホテルでした。インターネットでお部屋をブックして泊まるにはまぁまぁなホテルではあるが5スターとは程遠い。お客様の質問に対してわからないことがあればわからないと言われ、なにも問題解決しょうとしない。値段が高い割に大した部屋でもない。他のフィリピンのホテルと比べて格段にいいサービスをしているわけでもない。結婚式を開いたが、ホテル側がゲストの名前を打ち間違えてゲストが名前を伝えてもチェックインできない。怒り狂うまで、謝罪もしない。間違えてもここのホテルで結婚式を行わない方が良い。
