私が行った2017年はジブラルタルからの船便はありませんでした。バスで1時間足らずの近隣のアルヘシラスからジブラルタルの対岸セウタやタンジェに1日に何便もフェリーがあります。セウタからは陸の国境を越してモロッコに入国し定額運賃制のタクシーで行きたい街まで移動します。
タンジェからは船内で入出国手続き出来ます。
アルヘシラスの港にはチケットを持ってるか？と言って来て港外の旅行代理店に連れて行くサギっぽいのがいますから気をつけてください。フェリーターミナルで普通に売ってますが代理店で買えばチケットの半額位手数料を取られます。
