ランチタイム、ディナータイムは連日長蛇の列が出来る程の人気の辛いラーメンが堪能できるラーメン店です。秋津駅に隣接する小規模ショッピングモール『エミオ秋津』内にあり、駅の改札から徒歩1分内でアクセス出来るため、平日休日問わずランチタイム・ディナータイムには長蛇の列が出来ます。比較的空いている時間帯ですらも、カウンター席の空席は2〜3席程度に留まります。
出入口に設置してある券売機であらかじめ食券を購入する必要があります。但し、券売機は全て日本語表記で、且つボタンには注文するラーメンの絵がありません。辛いラーメンを提供するため、各ボタンにはどれくらい辛いかの指標が文字で表示されていますが、慣れていない人、あるいは海外からの観光客にはイメージしづらいと感じるかもしれません。事前に調べるか、店外の壁に掲示されている絵で注文メニューを判断するといいでしょう。
客席はカウンター席のみ、店内は狭く、客席後ろの通路も2人がやっとすれ違えられる程度の広さしかありません。大人数での利用、及び車椅子等の障碍を持つ方の利用には適さないと思います。
給仕されるラーメンの質及び種類は、他の『蒙古タンメン中本』と遜色ありません。モチモチとした食感の麺に、スープが程よく絡み、程よい後味を堪能できます。辛さも口の中にじんわり広がるような感覚で、辛味がそれ程得意ではない人でも、標準的な3辛程度のラーメンであれば美味しく食べられると思います。

Located inside the small shopping mall "Emio Akitsu" next to Akitsu Station, it's just a one-minute walk from the station gates. Due to its popularity, there are always lines regardless of weekdays or weekends. Even during less busy hours, only a few counter seats remain available.
Customers must purchase a meal ticket in advance from the vending machine at the entrance. However, the vending machine displays only Japanese text and does not have pictures of the ramen. Since the shop specializes in spicy ramen, each button indicates the spice level in text, which may be difficult for those unfamiliar with the system or for international visitors. To avoid confusion, it’s recommended to check the menu in advance or refer to the pictures displayed on the wall outside.
The restaurant has only counter seating, and the interior is small, with narrow walkways just wide enough for two people to pass. It's not suitable for large groups or those with mobility challenges, such as wheelchair users.
The quality and variety of ramen are on par with other branches of "Moko Tanmen Nakamoto". The chewy noodles perfectly absorb the rich broth, offering a well-balanced taste. The spice level spreads gradually in the mouth, making it enjoyable even for those who are not accustomed to spicy food. If you're unsure, the standard spice level of 3 should be a good starting point for most people.
