多くの大学生が行き来する日吉駅の近くにあるラーメン屋であるだけに、価格はリーズナブルです。しかし一方で、盛り付けの量はあまり多くなく、麺・スープ・トッピングの具材に至るまで、味・見た目共に品良くまとまっているものの、店内の雰囲気との違和感を感じてしまい、常連客を作りづらいラーメン屋、という印象です。
入口付近にある券売機で食券をあらかじめ購入する必要があります。基本的にラーメン・つけ麺・まぜそばのみで、必要に応じてトッピングも券売機で購入する必要があります。丼物も同様に券売機で購入する必要がありますが、白米及び水はセルフサービスとなっています。
給仕されるラーメンのスープは醤油ベースで、濃い味付けでありながらもスッキリとしており、さっぱりとした後味となっています。麺はモチモチとした食感で弾力があり、スープがよく絡み合います。前述の通り、店の佇まいからもっとガッツリと食べられるラーメンを想像していましたが、そうではなく、むしろ胃に無理させない味付けと量であるため、あまり大学生受けしないのではないか、という印象を持ちました。

On the other hand, the portions are not very large, although the noodles, soup, and toppings are all elegant in taste and appearance, they feel out of place with the atmosphere inside the restaurant, giving the impression of a ramen shop that has difficulty in attracting regular customers.
You need to purchase a meal ticket in advance from the ticket vending machine near the entrance. Basically, only Ramen, Tsukemen, and Mazesoba are available, and toppings must be purchased from the ticket machine as needed. Bowls of rice must also be purchased from the ticket machine, but white rice and water are self-service.
The ramen soup served is soy sauce-based, thick yet refreshing, with a light aftertaste. The noodles are chewy and resilient, and the broth mixes well with them. As mentioned above, from the appearance of the restaurant, I was expecting a more hearty ramen, but I got the impression that this was not the case, and that the flavor and quantity were not too much for the stomach, so the ramen would not be too much for university students.
