脂の多いこってりとした濃厚スープと角煮チャーシューが特徴的なラーメンの本店にあたるラーメン店です。
本店とは言え、給仕されるラーメンのメニューの量や質は他の店舗と均質で、この店ならではの特徴的なものはありません。外国人スタッフの比率が大きくなりつつありますが、コミュニケーションには特に支障はありません。
但し、店内は狭く、またあまり効率のよくない運用になっているように思います。事前に券売機で食券を購入する必要がありますが、出入り口が2つあるにも関わらず、券売機は片方の出入り口にしかありません。そのため、券売機の無い出入り口から入店した客は、もう片方の出入り口に回る必要があります。カウンター席の後ろの通路は非常に狭く、人1人が通るのがやっとです。出入口には極力段差をなくすような工夫がされていますが、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方の利用はお勧めできません。
