武蔵小杉駅周辺には様々な飲食店がありますが、このお店は駅からやや距離があり、周囲は住宅街という騒々しいことをすることが許されない環境であるにも関わらず、深夜の閉店間際まで多くの客で賑わっています。
中華料理を主体とした居酒屋というだけに、給仕される料理はいずれも味付けがやや濃いめのものが多いですが（よだれ鶏　等）、その分調味料を余分に追加する必要はなく、さらにお酒も進みます。逆にメインとなる餃子はやや味が薄め。それでも醬油や酢・ラー油などの調味料を追加が必要な程の薄い味付けではなく、そのままでも美味しくいただけます。皮の羽根つきで給仕されるからか、餃子一つ一つはやや小さめ（その分価格も抑えられていると思います）。羽根はパリッとした食感ですが、餃子そのものは逆にもっちりとした弾力のある噛み応えで、焼き餃子のパリッとした食感はほとんどありません。食感はもしかしたら人によって好みが分かれるかもしれません。
完全屋内の客室と、壁側がビニールで覆われたオープンテラスのような客席の2つの客席で構成されています。満席になるほどの盛況とは言え、スタッフも充分な数で接客・調理・給仕・会計を遣り繰りしているため、注文や給仕に長時間待たされるようなことはほとんどありません。入口に段差はあるものの、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方の入退店に支障来すほどではありませんが、店内の通路はやや狭めであることに注意が必要です。

There are a variety of restaurants in the Musashikosugi Station area, but despite the fact that this restaurant is somewhat far from the station and surrounded by a residential area where noisy activities are not allowed, it is crowded with customers until late at night, just before closing time.
As an izakaya that mainly serves Chinese dishes, many of the dishes served are rather heavily seasoned (e.g., Yodare-Dori (chicken)), but this does not require extra seasonings, and it also makes the drinks go down a bit easier. On the other hand, the main dish, Gyoza, is a little lighter in flavor. Nevertheless not so light as to require additional seasonings such as shoyu, vinegar, or raayu, and can still be enjoyed as is. Each Gyoza is rather small, perhaps because it is served with additional crispy layer (which I think helps keep the price down). That is crispy, but the gyoza itself is chewy and elastic, and has almost none of the crispy texture of grilled gyoza. The texture may possibly be different for different tastes.
The restaurant consists of two seating areas: a completely indoor room and an open terrace-like seating area with the walls covered with plastic. Even though the restaurant is full to capacity, there are enough staff to handle customer service, cooking, serving, and accounting, so there is rarely a long wait to order or be served. Although there are steps at the entrance, they are not so large as to impede wheelchair users from entering and exiting the restaurant, but it should be noted that the aisles in the restaurant are rather narrow.
