『鮭ちゃづけ』という店名ですが、給仕される料理に鮭茶漬けはなく、創作料理が主体の夜間のみ開店の居酒屋です。店の外観から、まるで囲炉裏でもありそうな古民家風の内部を彷彿させますが、バーを思わせるカウンター席から、胡坐や正座で膝を突き合わせながら食事を楽しむテーブル席など様々な席が用意されています。
料理の種類は非常に豊富で、海鮮料理を主体に、肉や野菜を使った一品料理から、しっかり食べる定食までありますが、居酒屋ということもありお酒の種類は一層豊富にあります。
貸切の時が多く、実際に行っても入店できない場合があることに注意が必要です。また、入り口を始め店内にも段差がいくつかあるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方は利用しづらいと思うかもしれません。
