給仕されるラーメンはスープと麺のみ、ラーメンにトッピングする具材を別の更に盛り付け、客の好みによってラーメンに盛り付ける、という他には見ない給仕スタイルのラーメン店です。入り口に設置されている券売機で事前に食券を購入する必要がありますが、各ボタンの文字が密集せずはっきり記されていて分かりやすかったです。
鯖や鰯、鯵といった魚介系のスープがメインですが、炭火焼という調理方法だからか、魚介の生臭さがほとんど感じられず、同時に炭火焼の焦げた不愉快な匂いや食感もあまり感じられませんでした。一方で魚介の味と香りを可能な限り引き出したような味わいであるため、人によっては味が強すぎると思うかもしれません。さらに食後も数時間は後味が引くため、ランチで食べる方には注意が必要になりそうです。麺は固すぎず柔らかすぎず程よい噛み応えでした。
席数は20席程度で、店の中央に大き目のテーブルがあるものの、ほぼカウンター席のように利用するための配置であるため、少人数での利用が最適です。椅子の高さがやや高めであるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方にとってはやや利用しづらいと感じるかもしれません。

However, perhaps because of the charcoal grill method of cooking, the raw smell of the seafood was barely perceptible, and at the same time, the unpleasant smell and texture of the charcoal grill was not very noticeable. On the other hand, since the taste and aroma of the seafood is brought out as much as possible, some people may find the taste too strong. Furthermore, the aftertaste lingers for several hours after eating, so those who eat it for lunch may need to be careful. The noodles were not too hard and not too soft, but had a good chewiness.
