大宮駅東口の商店街よりやや離れたところにあるカフェであるからか、休日の午後でも比較的空いており、席の確保も比較的容易です。
1階から3階の3階構成で、昇降は階段のみ。そのため車椅子等の障碍を持つ方や大きな荷物を持つ方は1階のフロアを利用することになりますが、1階は席数が10席にも満たず、座席の高さも高めに設定されているため、座りにくい印象を持つでしょう。加えてところどころ設備の古さが見受けられます。座席やテーブルの金属部分に錆があったり、窓から隙間風が入りやすい、といったところが挙げられます。一方でお喋りをしながらくつろぐ客は少なく、1人もしくは少人数で静かに過ごすには心地よいカフェかもしれません。
